Past Indefinite Tense Passive Voice
1. Place the Object of active voice sentence in place of passive voice subject and Place the subject of active voice sentence in place of passive voice Object.

3. Use 3rd form of verb.
Formula:
Subject + was, were + 3rd form of verb + by + agent
Examples:
1. He bought two cups.(active voice)
